How do Solve a message "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services"

Did You ever get this message when it is cool to surf the Internet using a modem?

If so, we shall mean have the same problem. After this message appears, then after clicking the "Send Error Report" or "Do not Send" then not long after my direct connection is lost.

Then how do I fix this?

I ever ignore that message by moving it to bottom, so the connection is still exist but then the message appears again and finally broke the connection. Having asked everywhere (do not get to the shaman), I can finally also the solution. I will give you some tips I got from some articles that might help you that in my experience after doing this tip, that message never appeared again.

Second Tips

Closing Port 445:
1. Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) by clicking the Start menu, then click Run.
2. type regedit and then click OK.
3. Find the registry :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Parameters
In the right window find the value named TransportBindName. Double click, then delete the contents of the data value, which will be empty.

Closing Port 135:
1. Still in regedit look for :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\OLE 
2. In the right window find the value named EnableDCOM. Double click and change the value data to: N.
3. Close the Registry Editor. Restart your computer.

1. Still in regedit look for :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Services > Browser > Parameters
2. In the right window find the value named IsDomainMaster. Double click and change the value data to: False.
3. Close the Registry Editor. Restart your computer.

Attention:
Before making changes to the registry, should be backed up first, because of the impact of changes in registry, such as a LAN connection is not connected, etc..

Third Tips

Click 'Run' and type 'cmd'
type 'netsh' in command console then press enter
Next type 'winsock' and press enter and type 'reset'
Restart your PC.
